About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Science and Agriculture teacher who is passionate about helping students enjoy the study of Science and Agriculture. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the establishment of an agriculture program and contribute to school improvement initiatives.

This full-time position will involve teaching Science and Agriculture to students, developing curriculum, and assessing student progress. The ideal candidate will have excellent teaching skills, a strong commitment to helping students learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Teach Science and Agriculture to students, developing curriculum and assessing student progress.
  2. Lead the establishment of an agriculture program, including developing curriculum and resources.
  3. Contribute to school improvement initiatives, including professional development and curriculum review.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  5. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Hold a Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification in Science and Agriculture.
  2. Have a strong commitment to helping students learn and develop.
  3. Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and develop positive relationships with students and parents.
  4. Have excellent teaching skills and the ability to assess student progress.
  5. Be willing to participate in professional development and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
