Resort Groundskeeper

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the daily operation of the maintenance department. This includes maintaining all resort rooms and amenities, managing inventories, caring for equipment, implementing the resort preventative maintenance program, and completing all related paperwork.

This position will also be responsible for maintaining the resort grounds and gardens. In addition, the candidate should have experience in a similar role, preferably with knowledge of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handling.

• Previous experience in a maintenance and grounds/gardens setting is highly desirable.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety principles and safe chemical handling practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with owners and guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Flexible roster with weekend shifts (Sunday – Tuesday) and occasional Saturdays required.
