We're seeking an experienced Veterinary Care Professional to join our dynamic team at the Wacol Animal Care Campus. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical and surgical care to animals presented to our clinic.
- You will be expected to maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Your ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering exceptional patient outcomes and upholding the values of RSPCA QLD.
The successful candidate will have a BVSc, DVM or equivalent degree, with at least 5 years' experience in veterinary care. A genuine interest in animal welfare and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care are essential for this role.
This part-time position (30.4 hours per week) offers flexibility and opportunities to work across other RSPCA Queensland shelters. You will be required to work a mix of day and night shifts, including regular weekend work, and participate in approved research projects as directed by the head scientist.
