Job Opportunity for Disability Support WorkersThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of disability support workers and make a positive impact in the lives of our customers. As a disability support worker, you will have the chance to provide direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance, and help our customers access and engage with their community.About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality 24/7 care in supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes)
  • Support customers with daily living tasks, such as domestic and personal care
  • Assist customers to access and engage with their community
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers, weekends, and public/school holidays
  • Resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
  • Ability to use computers and learn various software/programs
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
