- Offer advanced brief therapeutic interventions to consumers, employing a diverse array of evidence-based methodologies.
- Advocate for mental health needs of consumers, provide client-centered care, and provide clinical supervision.
- Uphold confidentiality, comply with legislative requirements, and actively participate in clinical reviews and team discussions.
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work from an accredited institution and membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Experience in mental health services, delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions with a focus on solution-oriented approaches.
- Skills in assessing, formulating, and providing evidence-based treatments for mental health disorders.
- Competency in conducting risk assessments, crisis intervention planning, and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Knowledge of mental health systems, government policies, legislation, and professional standards.
- Commitment to fostering inclusive cultures promoting human rights and diversity.
