We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive sales growth into mid-size enterprise accounts and strategic partners in the Australia (Sydney) region.

Job Description:

  • In this key role, you will develop and execute a sales strategy focused on attaining deployments of our network security products and services.
  • You will build executive relationships with key buyers and influencers, leveraging these during the sales process.
  • You will coordinate with internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work.
  • You will negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize your market expertise to build a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Manage the sales process through to closure of the sale.
  3. Drive sales primarily into 100 – 1,000 seat organizations.
  4. Collaborate with our partner community to create pipeline through indirect engagements.
  5. Achieve agreed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  6. Create and maintain Territory, Account and Deal Plans to assist with closing new business.
  7. Generate a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' sales experience selling to mid-size enterprise accounts.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience selling network security products and services.
  • A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.
  • Experience in closing large deals.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle.
  • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Competitive, self-starter, hunter-type mentality.
  • BS or equivalent experience, graduate degree preferred.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 AUD, depending on experience.
