Job Title

We are seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to lead and support our warehouse workforce of up to 20 personnel, as well as oversee a small production team of 8. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance and continual improvement in all aspects of safety, leading and coaching warehouse staff to ensure high performance, engagement, and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock levels through cycle counts and support stocktake activities
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse operations, preferably in the building material manufacturing industry or with bulk customized freight in a team leadership role. They will also have experience with ERP / WMS Systems, ability to analyze data and reporting, working knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and Forklift Licence (LF) essential.
