Job Opportunity: National Recruitment Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a National Recruitment Assistant. This exciting opportunity exists to provide end-to-end recruitment support across the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including drafting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Complete pre-employment checks, including reference checks, and prepare employment contracts.
  • Maintain current job descriptions for all roles performed in the business and conduct inductions for new employees.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain recruitment metrics as required.

**Requirements:**

  • A strong administration background with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
  • Microsoft Office efficiency and attention to detail are essential.
