About the Role / Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and personalized customer service from our showroom.
- Conduct in-home measures to confirm areas and floor preparation requirements.
- Quote and project manage customer orders with the support of our warehouse and administration teams.
- Perform general in-store merchandising, pricing, and tidiness duties.
Essential Qualities and Skills
We are looking for applicants who possess the following skills and qualities:
- Experience and product knowledge in carpet, luxury vinyl, vinyl, and tile flooring products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in measuring, quantifying, and quoting residential flooring projects.
- A customer-centric sales focus with a desire to exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- An outgoing and forward-thinking personality suited to working within a dynamic team and engaging with customers on a daily basis.
Remuneration and Benefits
- A competitive salary and uncapped sales-based commission incentives.
- Base salary $60,000.00, subject to industry experience.
- A commission structure will be discussed during the application process.
