## Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and cleaning floors and surfaces
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, including participating in visual merchandising and promotional activities
* Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently
* Maintain knowledge of products, including ingredients, nutritional information, and pricing
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

## Requirements

* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
* Availability to work during peak periods, including holidays and special events
