As an Assistant Director, you'll play a key role in leading our team and supporting our Centre Director in providing high-quality early learning and care.
About the Role- Support the Centre Director in leadership and management of the centre team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and making informed decisions that benefit the organization.
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and excellence.
- In the absence of the Centre Director, be responsible for the overall management of the centre, making strategic decisions that align with our organization's goals and values.
- Utilize and implement our Practice Guide, driving consistency and quality across all areas of the centre.

About Our Centre- We have a well-established 112-place centre set on two hectares just off the Calder Freeway, offering a unique blend of indoor and outdoor learning environments that cater to diverse needs and interests.
