Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Education Professional to join our team as an Educational Sales Advisor. This role is ideal for someone with a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping educators achieve their goals.

As an Educational Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools and educational institutions to ensure high retention rates. Your focus will be on providing solutions that help schools achieve better outcomes, supporting them throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include delivering training, offering best practices, and ensuring customers are fully equipped to succeed. You will also contribute to their success by proactively addressing customer needs and identifying ways to continuously improve their experiences with our products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school leaders and teachers to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide onboarding training to ensure customers are fully equipped to use our products.
  • Offer ongoing support and training sessions, including year-end and back-to-school workshops, to ensure continued success.
  • Turn customers into advocates by building long-term relationships and identifying ways to improve their experiences with our products.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional solutions that meet customer needs, focusing on delivering value rather than selling.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions, feedback, and progress in our CRM system.
Requirements

A strong background in education with classroom teaching experience is essential. You should understand the needs of educators and take an educator-first approach to build trust and credibility with school leaders and teachers.

While experience in customer success or training is a plus, a genuine passion for supporting teachers and schools by providing impactful solutions is key. Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, enabling effective multitasking and delivering on customer expectations, are required.
