Job Title: Master Wall and Floor Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Wall and Floor Craftsman to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in preparing surfaces, laying tiles, and ensuring quality alignment.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications or extensive experience in the field of wall and floor tiling. They will be able to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere, demonstrating excellent communication skills and being trustworthy and reliable.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and access to their own equipment and transportation.

The position requires a minimum of 38 hours per week, with a competitive salary package offered. The job involves examining plans, measuring and marking surfaces, and laying out work. You will also be responsible for preparing wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning surfaces.

You will use tile-cutting tools to cut and shape tiles needed for edges and corners, and around objects such as fittings and pipes. Grouting tiles, cleaning, and removing excess grout are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you may lay floors of granolithic, terrazzo, cement, or similar composition, attach tiles to various surfaces using numerous adhesives, and ensure tiles are correctly aligned and spaced.

Working Conditions
