**Early Childhood Education Expertise Wanted**

We are seeking an accomplished educational professional to take on the role of Educational Leader.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled educator to join our team and contribute their expertise in creating lifelong learning experiences for children.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Education and Quality to ensure full support in this challenging yet rewarding role.

As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating a positive learning culture among children, families, and educators.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting educators to assess each child's learning and development
  • Supporting educators to critically reflect on each child's learning and development
  • Maintaining effective communication with parents
  • Upholding strong work values with a focus on excellence

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma in Early Childhood or Early Childhood Teaching degree
  • A current NSW Working With Children's Check
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
