Join Our OSHC Team

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Casual OSHC Educator to join our team at School Plus. As a key member of our Outside School Hours Care Service, you will play a vital role in creating engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 4-12 years.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver high-quality activities that promote learning, socialization, and fun. You will work closely with our experienced educators to ensure a seamless service delivery and support the overall growth and development of our young clients.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff, and demonstrate a passion for working with children. You will also need to hold relevant childcare qualifications (or be actively studying) and a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 4-12 years
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service goals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
