Senior P&C Business Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of P&C operations, partner with leaders and subcontractors, drive compliance and training, and focus on longer term strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of end-to-end P&C operations, including compliance, training, change management, and workforce support. They will be a confident communicator who is comfortable pushing back, challenging ideas, and driving process adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Operations Managers and leaders to ensure alignment with policies, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
Manage day to day P&C operations, including workforce planning, performance reviews, succession planning, and talent profiling.
Coach and guide leaders on performance management and P&C best practices.
Engage with subcontractors to ensure they feel supported and valued.
Balance an operationally heavy workload with longer term efforts to align P&C strategy with the business's objectives.
Requirements:
- A highly skilled and experienced Senior P&C Business Partner with a strong understanding of P&C operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
