About the Occupational Therapist Role:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality services to clients in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver evidence-based occupational therapy programs that promote independence and restore functional abilities in aged care clients.
- To assess client needs and develop individualised plans to enable them to remain living at home.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency.
- Postgraduate experience working with a variety of aged care services, including community settings.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
