We are seeking charismatic and enthusiastic Christmas Casual Sales Associates to join our team for the holiday season. As a Christmas Casual Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect products, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of sales performance.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, ensuring our stores are visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Support operational tasks, such as unpacking and replenishing stock, as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Ability to lift and move stock, as required.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, during the holiday season.
