We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Ryde. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers have access to nutritious food and groceries.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication management and assistance with mobility and therapy goals.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families, providing a sense of relief and comfort.
  • Provide social support and transport to appointments, ensuring our customers can access essential services and healthcare.
  • Deliver complex care to customers with high care needs, including dementia and other complex conditions.

What We Look For:

  • You are available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
