Job Title: Project Forwarding Specialist

Are you a skilled freight forwarder looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Forwarding Specialist to join our team at Pace Appointments.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading international freight forwarder, with a focus on general and niche business. As a Project Forwarding Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end import and export shipments, including routings, bookings, order management, notifications, and invoicing. You will also be working closely with our warehouse team to manage inventory, pallets, and inbound/outbound movements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate import and export shipments, including sea and air freight
  • Manage inventory, pallets, and warehouse operations
  • Work closely with clients, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, including INCOTERMS
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
