About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Educator to work in our Murarrie centre. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of educators to provide high-quality education and care to children. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to provide high-quality education and care to children
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Observe, inform, and continuously improve educational programs
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to achieve centre goals

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
