About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Security Officer to join our team at one of our retail sites in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and emergency response duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

Requirements

  • Current Security License
  • Control Room License (highly regarded)
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Able to work as part of a team
