Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the sales, delivery schedules and inventory management of a retail environment. As a senior team member, you will lead a small group of staff in a workshop and retail-based setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, previous team management or managerial qualifications, and be well-organised with a professional presentation. You will also need to possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and a valid driver's licence.

This is an on-site position with set hours, Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm and Saturday 9am-2pm, with occasional early starts. This provides a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store sales, delivery schedules and inventory.
  • Lead a small team of staff in a workshop and retail-based environment.
  • Assist with unloading shipping containers and assembling carts.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of carts to customers.
Requirements
  • Strong sales experience.
  • Previous team management or managerial qualifications.
  • Well-organised and professional presentation.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Skill to manage relationships internally and externally.
  • Basic computer skills (inc. Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Valid driver's licence.
