We are seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our team, providing high-quality person-centered care and services to our residents.

As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional needs of our residents, working closely with our team to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily life assistance, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Supporting residents with challenging needs, using clinical documentation and computer skills to track progress
  • Encouraging residents' bodies and minds to stay active, through exercise and social programs
  • Monitoring residents' health, administering treatments as required
  • Being a friend and advocate for our residents, respecting their privacy and dignity

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • A certificate III or IV in Aged Care, with relevant experience as a caregiver or similar
  • Excellent clinical documentation and computer skills
