As a service expert at Market & Co, you will deliver exceptional customer service to guests through providing outstanding menu knowledge and quality food and beverage service. You will effectively communicate and build rapport with customers and team members to ensure service standards are maintained.

Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a premium dining restaurant
  • Ability to carry three plates and serve drinks efficiently
  • Good availability including nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine and spirits
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
  • Effective time management and reliability
