Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the Senior Project Manager in delivering essential maintenance and renewal works across our network.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Assist in planning, scoping, and scheduling works in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager.
  • Manage resources including contractors, consultants, and internal delivery teams.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure KPIs are met and works are delivered on time.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager.
  • Overseeing the full lifecycle of renewal projects, from scoping to delivery.
  • Conducting safety and quality reviews to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise in track renewal, fabrication, and civil works, as well as experience in tendering, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in engineering or transport infrastructure environments.
  • Sound knowledge of public and private sector contracting arrangements.
