Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key player in the success of our Insulated Panel Division, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Organise and coordinate insulated panel subcontractors, materials, plant and equipment while prioritising safety.
  • Manage daily site operations, including coordination with the Panel Install Manager to understand and manage project priorities.
  • Coordinate specialist subcontractor trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Read and interpret drawings to provide direction to subcontractors as required.
  • Provide on-site supervision and guidance to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Inspect in-progress and completed works to verify quality and compliance with design standards.
Requirements
  • Sound understanding of buildings and structures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Carpentry or roofing trade qualifications.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
