Job Title: Business Services Officer

Elevate your career as a Litigation Client Services Manager in a supportive and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming enquiries from clients, referrers, and new prospects to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Obtain relevant details of client enquiries and assist with initial support before booking appointments with lawyers to streamline case progression.
  • Maintain and enhance the client experience by managing all aspects of client services, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Assist the department manager in the day-to-day management and support of the litigation department, fostering a collaborative team player attitude.
  • Provide paralegal support in client matters, including administrative and legal support tasks to achieve optimal results.
  • Book appointments and manage diaries to maintain high-level organisational skills and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Qualify enquiries in line with firm processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with clients and witnesses to ensure smooth case progression, leveraging strong communication and client liaison skills.
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and dictation (if required) to contribute to the success of the department.
  • Support marketing and distribution efforts for the department to promote growth and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Experience in client services, sales, or a similar role, with a passion for helping people and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong communication and client liaison skills, with high-level organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative team player attitude and a proactive approach.
  • Tech-savvy with advanced computer skills, with experience with LEAP and CRM systems desirable but not essential.
