Job Title: Team Leader for E-Commerce Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader to oversee key functions including picking, packing, despatch, and system order management using the Manhattan Scale WMS.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and customer service.

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for online order processing
  • Lead and support teams across picking, packing, and despatch
  • Ensure productivity targets and despatch lead times are met
  • Monitor team performance and maintain individual and team KPIs
  • Schedule staffing and manage rosters based on operational needs
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
  • Resolve operational issues and liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes
  • Experience with Manhattan Scale WMS is highly desirable
