Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department.

About the Role:

  • As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing urgent and complex presentations across adult and paediatric trauma, medical emergencies, and mental health care.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team that delivers patient-centred care with respect, attention, and expertise.
  • You will work a 7 day rotating roster, including morning, evening, and night shifts.

Requirements:

  • Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority.
  • Recent experience working in an acute care setting as a registered nurse (including completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written, with demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Able to perform effectively as a team member in a multidisciplinary team environment.
