Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to oversee data-focused testing roles and manage testing efforts across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data testing, SQL expertise, and experience managing testing efforts across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data-focused testing roles and develop effective testing strategies
  • Manage testing efforts across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure high-quality test results
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in data-focused testing roles with at least 2 years in a test leadership or coordination capacity
  2. Strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience testing data pipelines and transformations
  3. Proven track record in data migration projects involving Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms
  4. Solid understanding of modern data architectures including data lakes, Delta Lake, and medallion architecture
