Lawyers On Demand Limited is seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer to join our team in a full-time permanent role. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial and corporate law matters, providing expert advice and support to our clients.

About the Role
  • Work on a variety of commercial and corporate law matters, including contract review and negotiation, due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Provide expert advice and support to our clients, including in-house counsel and senior management.
  • Collaborate with our team of experienced lawyers and legal professionals to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Requirements
  • 2-6 years of experience in commercial or corporate law, gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house.
  • Strong legal training and a current Australian Practising Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A commercially-minded and adaptable approach, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
