Role Overview

Liquor Team Member plays a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for engaging customers by sharing your passion for products and providing memorable interactions.

About The Position
  • You will be an advocate for our loyalty programs by promoting benefits and product offerings to customers.
  • Ensure that shelves are stocked with a diverse range of great choices for customers to select from.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for both customers and colleagues.
  • Uphold responsible service standards when it comes to the sale and consumption of alcohol.
  • Most importantly, bring your authentic self to work, allowing your unique personality to shine through.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers on a one-to-one basis, fostering meaningful connections and special moments.
  • Act as a product expert, enthusiastically sharing knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Proactively communicate loyalty program information to customers, ensuring they understand the value of our offerings.
  • Implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, guaranteeing a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
