Requirements: Strong compliance experience in retail banking or financial services, solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management, proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proactive solutions-focused mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
