What You'll Do

The Procurement Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team providing support services to the Procurement Team, WesTrac team members, and suppliers for non-Cat goods and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound support requests from stakeholders.
  • Overseeing team reporting, including preparing and submitting reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating internal audits and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining the Procurement Team Governance Framework, including associated policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing vendor pre-qualification and onboarding processes.
  • Liaising with contractors to obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for process improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading and managing a team in supply chain or procurement.
  • Good knowledge of procurement reporting.
  • Experience overseeing key controls for procurement governance and compliance.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizing skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
