We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team at CreditorWatch.

We offer a suite of credit reporting products and data insights covering the entire customer lifecycle, from customer onboarding and credit decision automation to credit risk management and automated collections.

As a commercially-minded professional, you will be part of our Customer Experience Group and play a key role in driving high levels of client satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying, supporting, and delivering engaging customer experiences across our product suite.

Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' needs and pain points. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Customer Service, Data and Insights, Product Implementation, and System owners.

About the Role

This is a phone-based retention and acquisition role where you will onboard new clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients, and provide adoption and product utilisation support. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive account management support through phone engagement with clients to help them realise value in our products.
  • Delivery of client retention and adoption targets.
  • Understanding business and client metrics to solve problems and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Ongoing development and implementation of strategies to improve individual and team performance issues.
  • The capturing and qualifying of leads for your pipeline and to pass on to other sales teams.
  • Account setup and onboarding of new corporate and key account clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in Customer Success within a Tech or SaaS business. You should possess strong communication, objection handling, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will be tech-savvy and enjoy using tools and systems to enhance your day-to-day tasks.

Salary Range

Our estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This is a competitive rate for a Customer Success Professional in Melbourne.
