Service Advisor Automotive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally, providing essential guidance and support.
  • Conduct vehicle assessments and diagnose issues, recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Explain service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring customers feel informed and confident.
  • Coordinate service appointments and manage work orders, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate billing and payment processing, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
Requirements:
  • Strong automotive knowledge, Aftersales, and a passion for cars.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Computer proficiency for record-keeping and invoicing, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
