Business Intelligence Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will be responsible for supporting business growth through the effective analysis and interpretation of complex data.

Job Description:

  • Support the development and implementation of data analytics solutions to drive business insights and informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business opportunities, challenges, and trends.
  • Design, develop, and implement databases, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the data team to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
  • Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL (preferably BigQuery), and Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new analytic tools and technologies.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Google Data Studio and Power BI is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
