Full Stack.Net Developer

Local Peoples is seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack.Net Developer to join our team as an embedded member with our prestigious Government client. Our Government client is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced Scrum Masters to work as part of Agile Delivery Teams in the Chief Information Officer Division to deliver and support a range of ICT projects/programs.

As a Full Stack.Net Developer, you will have the privilege to work on rewarding and socially impactful projects. Depending on the multidisciplinary team you will join, you may work on enhancing the experience of millions of job seekers, businesses, teachers or students using online services such as,,,,, different mobile apps, etc.

Reporting to the team leader, the Software Developer will work as a senior member of an agile delivery team delivering new or improved enterprise-class IT systems. In a predominantly Microsoft and Azure hybrid cloud technology environment, you will participate in agile ceremonies, and you will do a range of software development tasks working closely with other Developers, Testers, Scrum Masters, Subject Matter Experts, Product Owners, Service Designers, System and Business Analysts, and Delivery Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work under limited supervision
  • Participate in agile ceremonies
  • Participate in design, planning, and estimation sessions
  • Work with a range of stakeholders to develop enterprise-class software to specification
  • Collaborate with delivery team members to produce quality work
  • Work within the department's delivery framework
  • Supervise and support less experienced developers
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and hybrid-Azure cloud development and the ability to develop enterprise-class IT systems using Microsoft Azure and integrations with various cloud and on-premises systems.
  • The ability to develop in.NET development technologies & Microsoft application development frameworks. Knowledge of enterprise-class software development practices and coding standards, a superior knowledge and solid understanding multiple languages or toolsets:.Net software and Vue3 technology, C#,.Net, VueJs, GitHub etc., and a superior knowledge of SQL, with backend development using web API and SQL technologies.
  • Leadership, independence, motivation and timely production of high-quality output, with a knowledge of agile methodologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile delivery environment as part of multi-disciplinary team.
  • The ability to work in delivery teams to develop IT systems, with emphasis on timeframe and quality.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person and via Video Conferencing.
