The role we are looking for: Aged Care Professional

You will be making a difference in the lives of our residents by facilitating positive health and well-being options.

Key duties include:

  • Provision of person-centred care duties
  • Assistance with medication and wound dressing (if you have the necessary skills)
  • Supporting daily living activities
  • Working with each resident to continue doing the things they love

We will support your growth and development in this role through ongoing training and education.

What you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or currently working towards)
  • Ability to provide person-centred care
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with our team and residents
  • Care skills driven by compassion
  • Experience in Aged Care (desirable)
  • First Aid Certification (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong team player with a high level of motivation
  • Availability to work varying shifts across different days
