Required Skills and Qualifications
  • To be successful in this role, you will need excellent physical health, enabling you to lift up to 15kg regularly.

  • A customer-focused approach with a strong service ethic is necessary for delivering high-quality results.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in picking and packing goods for delivery, as well as receiving, warehousing, and processing inward goods.
  • Driving stocktaking requirements and providing relevant reports is also an important aspect of the role.
  • You will need to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement change initiatives within the warehouse environment.
  • A proven track record of working within a warehouse team is essential, along with supervisory experience and the ability to lead and manage a team of store personnel.
  • Previous experience managing medium-sized warehouse spaces (e.g., 1200sqm) would be advantageous.
  • A valid forklift license is mandatory for this position.
