Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, and provide instrument sterilization.
- Administrative Tasks: Book and amend appointments, answer phone calls, update patient records, and handle payments.
- Practice Support: Maintain infection control standards and procedures, support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice, and make patients aware of dental services and offers.
- 1+ year's experience working in Australia as a Dental Assistant.
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about customer service and patient care.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner.
