We are currently seeking experienced Personal Carers to join our team at Oakfield Lodge Residential Care in Mount Barker, SA.

**About the role**

As part of our nursing team, you'll provide high-quality personal care to clients based on their individual needs. This includes assisting with daily life tasks, personal care and mobility.

You'll work with your colleagues to develop and deliver person-centered care plans that focus on healthy ageing and maximising quality of life for each client.

**Required skills and qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care.

You should have effective communication skills, enabling you to work well as part of a team.

Experience in a Personal Carer role is essential, with the ability to work independently without direct supervision highly regarded.

With experience working with people with dementia, you'll be able to apply your knowledge and skills effectively.
