Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Bread-Making Expert, you will be responsible for creating high-quality bread products that meet customer expectations.

About the Role:
  • You will contribute to a fast-paced bakery environment with a focus on exceptional presentation and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread products according to recipes and specifications.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the production process.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
