About the Role

Parklife Metro is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety management systems
  • Promote a health and safety compliance culture across the project
  • Develop and deliver training on health and safety compliance matters to project personnel
  • Conduct internal and external safety compliance audits and inspections
  • Assist in developing and implementing project policies and procedures
  • Prepare and submit monthly health and safety compliance reports

Requirements:

  • Recognised tertiary qualifications in health and safety or a relevant field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a safety manager role, compliance manager role, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of applicable federal and state legislation, regulations, and codes of practice
  • Sound knowledge of ISO compliance and management systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

About Parklife Metro

Parklife Metro is a joint venture between Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild, leading a transformative Metro project connecting St Marys to Bradfield. This project will deliver 6 new stations, 12 metro trains, core rail systems, and a state-of-the-art stabling and maintenance facility at Orchard Hills.
