About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Mantra Ettalong Beach. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, and kitchens
  • Stock and maintain cleaning trolleys in accordance with company requirements
  • Assist with the movement of linen as needed
  • Participate in special cleaning projects as required
  • Adhere to safe work practices and company policies at all times
About You

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, impeccable attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You should be physically fit, able to lift, push, and pull, and have a demonstrated understanding of safe work practices. Confident communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential. You must also be reliable and available to work across all seven days, including mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
