Allstaff Resources is seeking an experienced Coded Welder to join our team in Kalgoorlie for a 4-week shutdown. As a reliable and skilled trade professional, you will be responsible for fabrication, repairs, and replacement tasks on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication of equipment and machinery
  • Repair and maintenance of plant and equipment
  • Replacement of worn or damaged components

Requirements:

  • Qualified trade certificate in welding
  • High-risk work licence (FL)
  • Working at heights or confined space licence (current within 5 years)
  • White Card certification
  • Ability to pass weld test (6G) or provide proven test results within 3 months

We offer:

  • Competitive pay rate of $72.50 per hour (flat rate, day shift only)
  • Superannuation paid on all hours
  • FIFO/camp/meals included

Pre-screening requirements include: working rights checks, drug, and alcohol screening. Successful candidates will be required to supply a Pre-Employment Medical and Functionality assessment or obtain one within 12 months.
