Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Banking Specialist in our Foster Branch.
About the Role:
- As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
- You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- You will also be responsible for processing applications for personal loans, credit cards, and other banking products.
- Additionally, you will work with customers to use our in-branch technology and digital banking options, and provide training and support to help them get the most out of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and other banking products.
- Provide training and support to customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
- Use tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks to drive improvement.
Requirements:
