Customer Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Banking Specialist in our Foster Branch.

About the Role:

  • As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will also be responsible for processing applications for personal loans, credit cards, and other banking products.
  • Additionally, you will work with customers to use our in-branch technology and digital banking options, and provide training and support to help them get the most out of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and other banking products.
  • Provide training and support to customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Use tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks to drive improvement.
