The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Repair Centre Manager to lead the team in a Blackburn location.

Role Responsibilities

  • Organise team and workflow through production to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure quality repair is completed to scope within time frames.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve capability and productivity.
  • Check repair is completed correctly at each stage of repair and complete final sign off of QA.
  • Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
  • Mentorship and management for all team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years previous Collision Repair experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly desirable).
  • Inspirational leadership and great people management skills.
  • A focus on site safety, workflow, and productivity.
  • A commitment to quality and the customer experience.
  • The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability.
