Job Title: Paste Fill Operator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Paste Fill Operator to join our Underground Production Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing underground Paste Fill infrastructure, operating and maintaining paste plant equipment, performing quality assurance and control of paste fill samples, and providing a high-quality and efficient paste fill service.

This is a 4 days on, 4 nights on, 6 days off, 11-hour roster with residential options in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie. Bus transportation and relocation assistance are available if required.

• Ensure paste walls, reticulation, instrumentation, compressed air, ventilation infrastructure, water, and dewatering pipe systems are installed on time and according to specifications;
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in operated equipment;
• Safely operate machines and equipment to achieve tasks;
• Report any issues affecting safe and efficient production to the Paste Fill Coordinator or Mine Management.

• Previous experience in an Underground mining environment;
• Sound understanding of machinery and care of mobile mechanical equipment;
• Valid manual C class driving license and working at heights accreditation;
• Apply First Aid Certification highly regarded.
